just got a smargo reader and was going to set it up i am using ccam 213 dm800 hd with gemini project 11 image is it staight forward or a pain read some tutorials but its does not sink in can it be done using cccam213

Hey guys & gals,,,

as you all should know...

I have taken over the ecshd server...

unfortunatly after years of hard work.. our datamessy :notworthy: wasnt getting any respect , and he finally threw the towel in...

at first i didnt understand him.... but now... i can :err:

I have already posted 3-4 times in the peers section for people..who have no connection to write me.. not one person has...

I have written 30 emails... 12 came back as mail demone (dead emails )...17 didnt answer...

I have written people pm�s from the forum...that i have seen online on the forum..and have had my pm�s just ignored... #

i wrote dozens of people.. here from the forum...also only to be ignored...

now..>>> i will not write any longer...as it makes no sense to me...:nah:

from now on....

i will just start banning who i concider as attackers..with the information...you will need to follow.. to be readmitted.

i think it is a disgraceful behavior..to ignore the people.. that are trying to provide a friendly service for all here...

Question on "sharing etiquette"

Hi there,

I'm quite new to this site and to the whole cardsharing scene. So far, I'm enjoying it quite a bit. :tongue:

I have a question though :confused:. Most people I've shared c-lines with have sent me active and working lines in return, which is great. However, there's a couple of people who are connecting to my server and haven't sent me their lines. At the beginning I thought they were just testing out their connection with me and checking out what I have. But 2-3 days have now passed and I haven't heard from them yet. So I was wondering how long should I wait before deleting their account? I was thinking maybe I should wait something like 72 hours? Maybe I should contact them first asking for a line?

There's also some people who I've sent my lines to but haven't connected to my server. Maybe they're away or are a bit busy at the moment. Whilst these accounts are not consuming resources, I don't want to keep keep them active indefinitely if they're not being used. So I thought maybe I'll wait a week or so before shutting them down.

I thought I would define a few 'rules' for my sharing and would like to get some feedback from you guys on whether this is considered good etiquette or not. Here's a draft of the rules:
* I've sent you a c-line:
1. If you reply to my PM with your working c-line within 72 hours, we're hunky dory. I hope we can stay connected for a very long time. I might buy you a beer some day.
2. If 72 hours have passed and I haven't heard from you AND you have NOT used the c-line I sent you yet, I shall continue to wait for 7 days (counting from the moment I sent you my c-line). If after the week you still haven't connected or contacted me, I'll silently delete your account. All the best.
3. If 72 hours have passed and I haven't heard from you BUT you used or are using the c-line I sent you, I will silently delete your account.

What do you guys think?
