DVBviewer + Acamd freeze - 23-January-2009, 10:54

Hi all,
I have been using Dvbviewer pro for the last 2 years. I always used Wincsc for my plugins and always works with one particular Conax provider which is a DVB-T. I have my own official card shared through Phoenix.
Now lately for the past 3 months I have also been using Acamd for another provider (DVB-S) since I cannot get Wincsc to work with this other provider. However it seems that sometimes when I open Dvbviewer Acamd makes it hang. For example yesterday this happened because my PC had no internet connection and therefore it could not connect to the server. When this happen you need to close Dvbviewer by ending its task.
Moreover I am also seeing that when using Acamd the picture does not run continously smooth. For example after about 20 seconds it loses a frame and then goes ok again. It's like having a bad reception. I was thinking that it was because of Acamd since with the other provider when using Wincsc it does not do this.
Moreover is there a way where I disable certain channels from Acamd so that it does not try to open channel since this is done by Wincsc.

My setup is this
Dvbviewer Pro both 3.4 or 3.92 (i do not know exactly the version)
Acamd in plugin folder
Wincsc in Mdplugin folder.

It seems that Acamd hangs Dvbviewer 3.4.0. So I reverted to 3.9.4 and it is better.
Moreover I made Acamd ignore my conax provider and from then on it does not crash that muh often.
