I tested it last night. I installed the Linux stuff on my cardserver (Ubuntu 8.04, CCCam with 2 smargo's) and used Vista in combination with my DVB-T receiver. At first it didn't work right, but after using the fix version, it worked like a charm :)

I tested the plugins with the following programs:

- ProgDVB v5.15.8

Just put the files from the window directory in the plugins. It works, but I encountered freezes with this combo.

- Mytheatre 4.0 Beta 2

You need to use mdwrapper (I used v1.24) and put the files in the MDPLUGINS directory. It works, channel zapping is slow but it seems very stable. I encountered no freezes.

- DVB Viewer Pro v3.9.4.0

You need softcsa 3.0 and put the files in the MDPLUGINS directory. It works, zapping is rather fast and it works stable. I encountered no freezes, but sometimes the channel zapping doesn't give anything, where as you zap a bit more it works.

My oppinion. A very good hack to get CCcam working with Windows based DVB-software. It's beta but I like the stability allready (and I tested it for around 5 hours or so).

I think it could be related to missing CPU instructions (SSE2? Or SSE3?). On my AMD Athlon X2-4200 and Intel Core2Quad it works without problems (both running 32-bit Vista).
