HI all good to join this forum im hoping that i can get started cardsharing, must admit it all seems quiet daunting to start off ,must admit all great hobbies that are interesting always start like this, now heres the deal been into the sat scene for a couple of years now and have various cams and patched receivers, most recently a diablo 2.3 cam,as far as hardware is concerned i have a good quad core pc capable of high definition playback also running latest version of dvb viewer pro all set up and working fine from my technisat hd cam interface dvbs card, from what i can gather there are a few various card share plugins to choose from, the most recent is flycccam now question is would this be the best most recent plugin to choose?also need to know how to configure plugin for server etc any help would be much appreciated as all the guides seem to be from last year ,im sure all the head scratching will be worth the wait and would benefit future members with a indepth guide hope to get some feedback soon .
Tony

Hi,
i have some problems with dvb viewer pro and skystar2. When a select a channel an error appears: 'no hardware found', and other times: 'cannot load source filter'.
You already had this situation?
For cardsharing i'm started with Mbox, and it works fine for me.

Find path where u install DVBViewer (default is C:\Program Files\DVBViewer) and open Filters folder and start "Register_DVBSource" file

ok, the filter problem is solved.

Now, i can see free to air channels, but when i try paid channels still appears the error 'hardware not found'!!
I'm using gboxplugin1.3 to connect with mbox.
In dvb dream it is working fine, but i like dvbviewer interface much more.
My version of dvb viewer is dvb viewer pro 3.9.2.

You have dvb viewer with gboxplugin to connect to mbox?
If yes, can you send me your version, and plugins?

thanks in advance

hi,
to watch paytv channels with dvbviewer, you need to go to the options (Settings menu), navigate to "Hardware" (on the left) and check the "Has CI Module" checkbox; then the "hardware not found" error should disappear.
