What are the first steps to do to make my hummy on c/s

Do I need to install a f/w to my hummy ?
Do I need to install a s/w to my pc ?

Hi friend,

I found the s/w for my pc the Gbox and I already installed it to my pc.

The 2nd step I think I do it too.......I gave my hummy the latest Toh version.

I connect the receiver with the pc with a null modem cable

Is null modem cable (RS-232) the same as the zero modem cable ?

Becuase in the read me file where I download the Gbox is asking for a zero
modem cable and I not sure if it's the same.

Would you like to help me for the next step please ?

Thanks as always my friend

hi nela...

yeah , zero / null sounds the same to me...

original gbox doc was written in german so i guess its just a bad
translation , should have said null

yeah null rs232 is fine...

as long as u have enabled the R: line in gbox.cfg it should work and set humax
to block ecm/emm and on card-s-emu + sssp mode .... thats all

enjoy
