Hi

I have been having alot of people email me asking why i am offline. However iam going to sort this problem out tonight. It would appear i can share from others yet they can not share from me. I beleive this is a problem with the ports on my router as i was told by someone earlier. If anyone knows why i may be experiencing sharing problems please reply below or send me a pm all help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

You need to forward the port you wish people to connect to onto the lan ip of the machine/box running your server. For instance if your box/linux server has a LAN ip of 192.168.0.3, you then need to login to your router (if you check your network properties and look for the gateway address, this is generally the ip of your router).

Put the ip of the router into your browser address bar and login, there is a website that explains how to forward ports on various different routers. If your using cccam and the default port of 12000 then you will need to forward port 12000 in your router and direct all traffic to the lan ip of your server. People will then be able to connect to you.
