Update 14th September.
(@Lib, Lightning is always getting us here as there is not a lot of anything else around us)

The box has still not been returned from DMM Germany yet and no info on when it will be.
As soon as its back, it will be in service again.
I am looking into the possibility of a third server as we speak, BUT NOT A DREAMBOX THOUGH AS THE AFTERSALES SERVICE IS RUBBISH!!

3rd week of trying to get a reply
Their reply is=

Following on, (Now it's week 6) I have still neither had my DMM7020S returned or an explanation of what the problem is.
I suggest that if you are looking into buying a new dmm8000 then you think again. The aftersales service by the DMM company is the worst that I have EVER come across.
Dealings with both DMM and HMSAT.de should be avoided at all costs. This box has now been returned to them on no ;ess than 4 occasions and their aftersales/repair service is rubbish. Germany Engineering is made a joke. Thank god the Japs/Chinese are now making copies of these boxes. They will probably be more reliable!!!

I have been chasing HMSAT.de for weeks about the return of this box. They did not return or acknowledge my emails.
I finaly made contact with Dream multimedia to get to the bottom of the problem.
DMM sent a repair quote to HMSAT nearly three weeks ago.
HMSAT failed to find the quote.
When I pointed this out to HMSAT they found it and informed me that the box was now out of warranty.!!!
This box has spent nearly the same amount of time with DMM as it has with me.
On the four occasions that it has been returned (at my expesnse!!!) NEVER has a repeir explanation been given.

On this occasion they inform me that the repair time will be charge at 15 mins but no further explaination.

If this is to be guaranteed,
How can I (the user) be sure that
A)t The equipment is capable of doing the job it was intended for/sold as!
B) The repair has been undertaken to solve the problem
C) The item was faulty in the first instance.

I will cc this message to both DMM and HMSAT and post the replies here.

Oh yes, sorry to report that yet another week has passed. DMM inform me that the box has been repaired. I have yet again failed to get an explanation or return date of the box from HMSAT.
Lets see what week 7 brings!!!!!

Hmsat sux. bigtime !!!. I bought a clarketech box from them a while ago which came with a crapy old bootloader , yep you guessed it they wouldn't replace it and just ignored me.

How they stay in business is beyond me.

Contact youre credit card company see what they say.
