For me is No problem at all
i would ignore comments like that it is Not unjustified and no evidence is there to back up his claims so remove his line/s or give him F: user pass 0:0:0 { 0:0:0 }

Guys like that deserve nothing else IMHO .

I know payservers ask money ;)

but if drowney said jarjartv is a payserver......how did he check it?

I know he's wrong, but I think there was something that gave him the suspect......or not?

regards

too much usage by peers of jarjartv or himself could be one reason.
Payservers have lots of clients who need to leech on your cards all the time as they have less cards and your card is a demanded one
Nothing else I can think of besides the money issue

so,

if you see a lot of ecm request on 1 server it could be probably a payserver....isn't it?

or i don't understand nothing? :)

Sorry but from ECM usage to tell that peer is providing a pay server is equal as to predict from coffee dense next day weather forecast. As more and more providers go to use NDS encryption what uses 3x times more ECM per minute as others (nagra, seca, iderto, viaccess, conax) is ECM usage not a proof at all. However if you have discredit over peer with very high ECM usage you can always to comapre him with payservers list what is here in forum: Report Commercial Servers here - CardSharing Forum
