it seems that Digiturk and ISP TTnet are working together,i had DT card in dm500 on port 12000, then card went down so i called DT in Istanbul, they said i was cardsharing, to which i pleaded ignorant, but they cut card off and i have since noticed about 15 of my friends here can not forward any external ports, except the ones they already have open, It looks like our Turkish Big Brother is watching us!!!!!!
A word of warning for all genuine guys in Turkey sharing DT cards, they'll find you soon, looks like only option is to get your DT card in a Dreambox not in Turkey, if you can trust anybody to do it for you.

well, solution might be to change ISP and not use TT anymore.

BTW, what happened to your card? Does it work again? Are you still paying them?

Don't be surprised that I ask you to prove your locals; ECS does not need card fakers...

no i aint payin them any more ,cos they cut my card off and wont give me an explanation as to why, they wont switch it on again, i cant change ISP here cos we got TTnet or TTnet, its a government owned monopoly, like the GPO was before it became BT,maybe theres people registered as users on this forum who work for companies like ISPs and service providers,i hope not, cos they gonna suck us all in eventually, then we will all be unable to share.......

This all sounds a bit suspicious.

Anyone, including an ISP, can monitor port 12000 or any other port you openly use to serve anything. Changing ports will not help much.

The fact that DT, rather than your ISP, cut you off suggests it knew somehow that you were sharing its card. That information can only come from the ISP, a peer, or someone with particular access to your server traffic, or perhaps with access to one of your peers.

You don't need to physically remove the card from Turkey. That is extreme. You can use VPN to share with peers. Since you have the card (well, you used to have the card anyway ) your peers want, they will have to play by your rules.

Maybe with the recent troubles in the Benelux and now in Turkey, people will realise that VPN really is worth the extra effort.

An ISP does not need to scan anything. It has everything that comes in or out of your internet connection on any port saved in a log.

Update
after DT closed my card, i got a friends card who is going back to UK, i t worked for 2 days on port 12000 as i couldnt open any other ports, then ISP blocked port 12000 also, a word of warning, VPN must be the best way to cardshare, thanks to Markoni for his advice

hello - 05-August-2009, 19:22

friends...

why not changing the default port of cccam?? 12000 is well known since long time..
now its a red flag

and scanned in some countries..

put 32000 or 41200 or 4890 (examples)
it just has to be above 1024.
(maybe its not the absolut solution,, but it will delay the isp from scanning other not known ports..)

ofcourse vpn is the solution!!!

try and tell to the chat if then blocked.

Yeah you definitly should use a different port.
I also have read that there are alot of DT employees are on cardsharing sites searching for DT sharing people.
