Hi from an old git - 01-September-2007, 13:57

I'm hoping to grow old disgracefully and to get to grips with all these modern facilities before the grim reaper gets to grips with me.

I'm new to all this card sharing business, although I have considerable experience with both computers and satellite.

Thanks for having me.

Also, thanks for calling me a Junior member. That's made my day

I was a junior once. In those days, a computer was a human being, being gay meant being happy and lighthearted, a boot was something you put on your foot, a mouse was a small furry animal, hardware was pots and pans, a port was where ships docked and a monitor was the bossy boots in charge of the pencils at school.

Life is so much more interesting now
