Hello there,

Let me tell you about my set-up.

I used to use Vista Media center with a DVB-C receiver (digital Everywhere) perfect setup, but impossible to view H.264 channels. Also my cable provider (Z.g.o) has been a pain in the but for me.

So I went out to buy a DM800, a Visiosat BIG (not a word from my neighbors ) with 4 LNB's. Spent quite some time clenched to my chimney to set the whole thing up. Since I'm planning on 4 tuners, you can imagine the cables I had to run (16 from disk o switches, 4 to the house).

I'm running PLI with ccam and I'm quiet happy with the TV setup.

I'm not so impressed by the way video content is managed. Media Center is much better at this with MyMovies installed.

Next step is getting a DM8000 and installing a Blueray drive. Hope playing blueray from a linux setup wil be posible soon.

Well, that's all folks.
