10.36 Europe/London, November 3, 2011 By Chris Dziadul

BBC Worldwide Channels has renewed a multi-year broadcast services agreement with the leading media management company Red Bee Media.

Following a competitive tender, Red Bee Media will continue to provide end-to-end, file-based media management and playout services for eight BBC Worldwide channels from its state-of-the-art facilities in London.
The channels include BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge, BBC Lifestyle and CBeebies in South Africa; BBC Entertainment, BBC Knowledge and BBC Lifestyle channels in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland; and the pan-European BBC HD service.
