BFBS issues a huge audit

As you know, here in Cyprus, entitled viewers can receive nine channels as part of the BFBS TV package.

Sadly, there have been a number of recent cases of misuse of the special BFBS TV card which sits in the receiver box.

The programme makers, like Sky TV won’t allow this to happen.

If we don’t act to prevent misuse, then BFBS TV could be switched off, not just in Cyprus but also in Afghanistan and all over the forces world.

Right now, we’re carrying out a huge audit of every single BFBS TV card. If you can’t view BFBS channel 2 or the Sky Sports channels, then you need to act as soon as possible by taking the card into your nearest BFBS DTH office.

Either the serving partner or their spouse can take the card in. The card will then be checked off and you’ll be asked to sign the new terms and conditions form.

If you don’t take the card into your local BFBS DTH office within one week of channel 2 and the Sky Sports channels going off, the card itself will be switched off.

If this happens, don’t panic, just bring your card into the DTH office and it can be re-activated.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause, but other than switching BFBS TV off altogether, there’s no other way around the problem.

If you need help, or you know of someone misusing a BFBS TV card by lending or selling it, then please call the main BFBS office on during office hours.
