Spain’s Telefónica and ONO are for the first time attracting fewer new internet subscribers than rival ISPs.
According to El Pais, the alternative telco Jazztel, which also operates an IPTV service, secured an additional 47,200 customers in Q2 this year, while Vodafone gained a further 41,000 for its ADSL service.
Telefónica, on the other hand, secured 39,600 and ONO only 6,500.
