New Pace recorder for Cyfra+

The Polish DTH platform Cyfra+ has introduced a new Pace PVR HD recorder.

Incorporating a 500 GB hard disk, or double the size employed until now in the Philips PVR HD recorder used by the service, it includes an EPG, such functions as time shifting and the ability to receive DTT signals, along with Cyfra+ VOD and HBO Digital. Philips’ set-top box business was acquired by Pace in December 2007.

The recorder is being initially offered to subscribers for PLN10 (€2.40) a month, with the post-promotion price being PLN20 a month.
