TWR launches on Freesat
The world’s leading Christian broadcaster, Trans World Radio (TWR), is launching onto the UK Freesat network.
The service will be available twenty four hours per day, without the need for any subscription or payment whatsoever.
This is a good deal for Freesat as it attempts to offer more services.
However, this is a niche market product which has a specific customer base, making it more attractive to certain consumers.
Freesat is a free satellite services provided by the BBC and ITV, as an alternative to the digital TV Freeview service which is the main switchover product received through an aerial.
Unfortunately this service is not available everywhere and so Freesat offers an alternative service.
