This box is also named: sathawks or skybox / solomend... on the market since begining of 2010, now we are in september and have always some problems.!!!

managed to get it back to factory settings by pressing menu then ok while the box was connecting to cline, box is working fine apart from the one sports1 channel, think it might be best to wait on another firmware update because the august one messed my box up, shame about the firmware because this s9 could be a right good hd receiver for the cost.
You should have more than one skysports1 scanned, just use a different one ;-)
I have noticed this problem with skysp1,2,3,4 and skysp news. Unplug the satellite cable from the back, turn on and then just delete the services that cause that problem and use the alternatives.
