Don't be surprised that I ask you to prove your locals; ECS does not need card fakers...

I'm quite confused...
IF your provider has HIS DNS Server blacklisted, then use OpenDNS or another free DNS service to resolve the domains names blocked.
IF your IP address have been blocked by your provider than use a tunnel/proxy to reach the site.

How can you state that your provider has been blocked by DNSBL ?
DNSBL is supposed to block the MX records for spamming prevention, not surfing the network....

Hi guys !

I think that blocking was by the dnsbl of webserver that host ECS forum .
This is the message I get when I access the ECS webpage:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server because you are currently blacklisted by a DNSBL server at: httpbl.abuse.ch
Apache

Please help !

I have tired to change the dns using the opendns and also the google one(8.8.8.8) and got the same results.

So it's you IP address/pool being blocked at that address:
Quote:
You get listed on httpbl.abuse.ch when:

* ... you are source of hacking activities which try to access one or more PHPShells which are installed on my honeypots.
* ... you are a hijacked systems or webserver which scan the web for vulnerable webservers and tries to inject malicious code.
* ... you are source of referer spam.
So any host verified by httpbl.abuse.ch you will try to contact will report the same result.
There are few solution to this, tunnel or proxy you connection.
Search for a free SSH provider and using Putty (if you are under Windows) tunnel your connection through that protocol or use a free proxy service.

I have already done that with some free public proxies and it works !
But...It is a little bit noisy and not so fast to navigate with that.
I don't know if ECS experienced any attack or spam from the IPs of my ISP.
If not, maybe they can exclude them from the blocking rules .
Cheers!

Thanks guys for the fix. Now I can open the forum without proxies.

Cheers!
