Question Cccam N line config. - 03-March-2009, 17:14

Hi,

n line a little clarity to show how and what.

Eg: n: sukkeltje.no-ip.com 12501 honda 020309 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

sukkeltje.no-ip.com: your ip address

12501: your server port

Honda: your name

020309: Your secret code

01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14: and here I am so lost on what has meaning behind your secret code is always the same as you can read in the Cccam Configuration example.

And you have now for each N line a separate port, or could it also through your general port eg 12000

I know that your client hop do not need to max than 2 and an N line has always been a priority for C-line so you ECM file is also faster and your card is also faster.

Your card may also be 7 x shart be ECM so you can fill in your card and go block by the many requests of your customers.

And if you do not have an N line on how he as share this Data via a line such as a C-made F line.

So a lot of questions but perhaps that answer I would have like you to know and / or want to learn.

Saw Your former posting in Dutch. This is better, but I still have some difficulties understanding the post. Will try to answer as I think it's meant.

The 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 is a DES key for encryption. Often left default, as You say, but not always.

Many routers can redirect eg. port 12501 to 12000. But there's no reason to do so, as the portforwarding is only used for incoming clients to Your server. So forwarding port 12000 will be sufficient. All Your servers (N: lines) will work without portforwarding.

A little lost on the rest of the translation. Can You rephrase the questions a bit?

Hi,

I try a little clearer, but the technical part and therefore the engeles is not one of my good sides.

In Cccam you see behind an N-line numbers are always given in a C-line characters are pretty clear.

The line N 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 give most clients share this find.
I understand that meaning is not what I read here eg 01 or other numbers or to allow an N line.
And these numbers are always increasing as you always see or you can mix them up.

The number of hops or provider keys can help you with a C line but how do you do it on the N line.

If you are a C-line production, you always create an F line to your client access to your network.

Look at it with an N-line do the same so an F-line to make your N-line access to your DreamBox.

Hopefully as more clarity for you and can you explain how I n line may create a new share.

It could as wel have been "N: somedns.dyndns.org 14689 someuser somepass FB 0A 13 25 FF 32 CE 6F AB 41 11 88 33 F5 2". The initial server decides the DES key in the newcs.xml or cardserv.cfg and the users need to have the correct key to make use of the connection. Is must consist of 14 HEX pairs.

I guess the question here is, how You in the CCcam.cfg can create something instead of the F: line to allow the NewCamd connection to connect to Your cards/shares. Unfortunately You can't. Only CCcam clients can connect to CCcam servers. However, You can run NewCS (using NewCamd protocol) together with CCcam. Then NewCS will read Your card and Your CCcam will connect to NewCS to get controlwords. Your NewCamd client will then be able to receive from Your NewCS. In that case, You'll have to make a user section in the newcs.xml. But that's another story. Chances could be too, that the NewCamd line You receives comes from a NewCS server. Then the question will be, what he uses as client. Could be NewCamd, MgCamd even CCcam or something else. You'll need to know

Hopefully as more clarity for you and can you explain how I n line may create a new share.

Hope we're getting there. Else try again. We'll succeed in the end...

Hi HaCKaMac,

This is clearly a little harder for an N-line to create.

I have Gemini 4.60 running on my DreamBox 7025 I Cccam 2.0.11/NewCS to have run 1.62 and thus both can work.

As you indicated, I agree to try out internally with my other boxes or work with Gemini.

Manny thanks for it my friend.

Best Regards Honda

Hi HaCKaMac,

I have the N line a try but unfortunately I get both boxes with no visible NewCamd connection.

The Dream box 600 Gemini 4.60 Cccam 2.0.11/NewCS 1.65 is the share box where the card and I have made Ccccam.cfg the N line n: 192.168.0.103 12000 hd800 nline 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 2

The Dream Box 800HD Gemini 4.10 Cccam 2.0.11/NewCS 1.65 client as I have made the N line n: 192.168.0.101 12000 hd800 nline 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14
I have tried to describe as they possibly behind the 14 characters to make a dream to dream a line to set up.

I also tried with the client box and the 14 characters a 0 (zero) to be defined in Cccam.cfg file. (Stealth modes: 0 = disabled, 1 = mgcamd new, 2 = mgcamd old, 3 = evocamd, 4 = generic)

Have both Cccam file in Dream Boxes are also the file "server listen port: 12000"

Do I think some error may still be a small adjustment needed in the file required.

Can you possibly tell me what I should change or adjust to get it working.

Best regards honda

When You use CCcam with NewCS, You need to create user sections in /var/tuxbox/config/newcs.xml.
You'll find the user section close to the end of the file. Replace the existing user section with the below (for two users).

- <user>
<name>DM600user</name>
<password>DM600pass</password>
<au>on</au>
</user>
- <user>
<name>DM800user</name>
<password>DM800pass</password>
<au>on</au>
</user>

Then put the following N: line in the 600 CCcam.cfg:

N: 127.0.0.1 12345 DM600user DM600pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

The 12345 should be replaced with the newcamd_port used in Your newcs.xml's "device" section.
Could be something like this:
- <device>
<name>Lower Cardreader</name>
<type>sci</type>
<mhz>600</mhz>
<node>/dev/sci0</node>
<parity>odd</parity>
<reset>normal</reset>
<export>Yes</export>
<enabled>Yes</enabled>
<blocksa>No</blocksa>
<blockua>No</blockua>
<blockga>No</blockga>
- <!-- <boxkey>0000000000</boxkey>
-->
- <!-- <rsa>0000000000</rsa>
-->
<irdeto-camkey>0000000000000000</irdeto-camkey>
<irdeto-camkey-data>000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 00000000000</irdeto-camkey-data>

<carddetect>yes</carddetect>
<newcamd_port>12345</newcamd_port>
<autosid>Yes</autosid>
<Seca-PPV>no</Seca-PPV>
<pincode>0000</pincode>
<priority>round</priority>
</device>

Then put the following N: line to the 800:

N: 192.168.0.XXX 12345 DM800user DM800pass 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

Red portnumber to be exchanged like before and the blue IP should be the IP of the 600.
