What i must write to telnet to restart cccam.

have a look in the tutorials section you will find a script in there with how to install it on your box all and the command lines you use in telent with the script installed to start, restart and stop cccam.

Normally in /var/script maybe Cccam_cam_script.sh or similar.
You can use theese sentences:

./Cccamxxxx.sh stop (for stop cam)
./Cccamxxxxx.sh restart & (to restar cam ... first stop an then start)
./Cccamxxxxxx.sh start & (for start cam)

Its important to use the & simbol on restart and start options for background command. On stop command its not neccesary.

Dont be so drastic with the commands....
you can use:
killall CCcam to kill the CCcam process
./CCcam to start the CCcam process
it's easy to write a script which does it automatically and setup the crond service to do it at a certain hour....
