What exactly is the problem you're trying to solve? I'm running CCcamd 2.2.1 with preloaded and don't seem to have a problem:

starting CCcam 2.2.1 compiled on Nov 21 [email protected]:35:58
====================================================================== for cccam V1.09
>>>>>>>> open /tmp/.CCcam.nodeid
online using nodeId 1122334455667788
>>>>>>>> open /dev/urandom fopen /proc/cpuinfo mapped to /tmp/cpuinfo
DM8000 detected
create 8 cam device(s)
>>>>>>>> open /dev/sci0
>>>>>>>> open /dev/sci1
>>>>>>>> open /dev/ttyUSB0
card detect fail
readKeyfile: cannot open /var/keys/SoftCam.Key or not found
readKeyfile: cannot open /var/keys/AutoRoll.Key or not found
>>>>>>>> fopen /var/keys/
static cw not found or bad
parsed 0 entries from /var/etc/CCcam.prio
added 766 provider names from /var/etc/CCcam.providers
added 11187 channel names from /var/etc/CCcam.channelinfo
server started on port 12000
card detect fail
irdeto card found
>>>>>>>> fopen /dev/urandom
card added to broker with caid 1702
I have to admit that I don't fully understand all the functionality of the preload though.
* it redirects access to /proc/cpuinfo to a file matching info for a DM8000 so CCcamd creates 8 cam devices instead of just one - that part looks easy
* it fiddles with access to DVB device files (/dev/dvb/adapter0/ca, /dev/dvb/adapter0/demux) - that's the part I don't understand.

according to my logs this 2nd part doesn't get used in my setup anyway.

The preload I'm using is from the hg repository at in the contrib/ directory
