Currently CCcam must run on the local system, but you can use a F-line/C-line to your primary CCcam instance.

An other option would be using an experimental feature by using the CCcam preload plugin called Emudrag (by iznougudpt, you can get it over at Happysat). It allows you newcamd and radegast connections to your CCcam instance. Problem is, it only works with X86 based hosts and it's not very stable atm.

Am I right that this is obsolte today since there is "cccam2..." support in vdr-sc's cardclient.conf? Now it is possible to connect to a remote cccam server directly from vdr-sc.

Nevertheless I have a question, maybe You can give me an advice: What is needed to be able to have concurrent recordings (same transponder or multiple DVB Devices) of crypted channels with vdr-sc? Do I only have to configure multiple "cccam2...." lines in cardconfig.conf? Thx!
