DM600/DM500 Channel Listing Motorized

Hello all,

I was trying to find the best channel listing for the DM600, there are quite a few out there!!!

So I took the Vhannibal (all thanks go to them for this package, they did all the work) version of the motorised and I have customised it in English and reduced the name lengths so I can actually see them in the DM600 skin!!!

I have tried this out on a DM600 with PLi Jade and Darkstar II and also tried it on a mates DM500.

New update, some channels had "removed service" so updated those and added some new categories.
