Wifi and DM800HD

Is it possible to use a USB wifi stick with DM800HD to get updates and shares or should it be through ethernet connection only.

you can use a wifi stick in the usb port indeed:
Install kernel modules RT73 or ZD1211B in Gemini via blue box "Extras - Kernel modules."

it even works in nabilo

however, i would like to stress that wifi wouldn't be most stable for card sharing (unless that's not what you would want to do) as the signal gets disrupted very easily with other appliances such as a microwave
