Add other sat to DM800! - 31-March-2010, 13:46

Please take the time to read this...I need help.
Hi guys, I have my dish on a technomate motor with a quad output LNB. On output 1, my cable is going to my DM800. I have it pointing at 28east Astra for Sky UK and it works perfectly. I have siganl 98%. I configured my tuner in the DM800 as advanced with LNB1 set for 28east and saved it as position1 no usals.
I then configured 19east Astra to LNB1 also in the tuner config and saved it as position 2 no usals, then I went to position setup, entered a valid transponder etc etc and moved/stepped the dish to 19east, it locked position and was able to scan all transponders etc and signal is 96%. All good so far.
Next I wanted to configure 13east Hotbird to LNB1 and I saved it as position 3 in the tuner config. However, when I go to position control, I enter a valid transponder for hotbird but moving the dish wont pick up the sat. It only moves in one direction and actually cuts out and doesnt respond anymore. I need to zap back to 28east to get it moving/responding again. Anybody got any idea why I can add hotbird to the list. I have a technomate receiver also and when I move to hotbird with that reciever I get a signal strangth of 61% so I know I can definatly picked it up before. I used to watch hotbird channels on my technomate before I got the dm800, but for some reason my DM800 wont pick up the hotbird sat. Anybody got any tips/ideas? I dont want to use usals....
Its strange that I can have two sats assigned to LNB1 and not three sats. I have also tried to assign them as LNB1 = 28east, LNB2 = 19east, LNB3 = 13east but again, 28 and 19 east move perfectly and geta really strong signal but hotbird will not be detected by my dm800.
