USB enabled kernel problem - 02-October-2009, 18:24

Hi,

I am following this tutorial http://www.eurocardsharing.com/f30/h...-manuals-58454
Everything went well, untill the part where i need to install the Barry Allen plugin. When i install it with telnet in the Dreambox Control Center this message will appear in my telnet session:

Quote:
Looks like this image doesn't have an USB enabled Kernel (yet)
The image i have installed is this one:
gemini2-440-dm800-200907162041.nfi
This is the latest Gemini Project image i think, so it should work.

The version of the Barry Allen plugin is v.4.9.9

When i look at the information tab in the Menu of the dreambox i can select Hardware and get an list of devices; here it does recognize my USB stick i've put in the Dreambox, so the USB port is working.

Is there some way i need to change the kernel to make it work?

Thanks reuzenkind

Is it possible to use another image to install the Barry Allen plugin on my USB-stick, and then change the image back to Gemini? Or will it give problems when i change the image back to Gemini?
