my dm500s receiver tuner problem Vertical the canal ok (signal ok)

Horzantal (HOR) Signal %5 %10

Tuner problem Horzantal canal problem?

How do I correct this problem.I understand from the repair . What do I have to do . Help, please,

Check your lnb ,maybe there is the problem .

I had once the same wit am DM500. When I send the reciever ro the dealer for repairs it came back saying it was fixed.

But at the end I found out it was not the DM500 which was at all. It was one of my coax connections at the switch. It was not fitted good enough. And strangly eneogh I could recieve also only channels of one polarisation.

After tighting thing again the problem was gone.

I have the same issue which I still need to try with a higher voltage power supply if that helps.
Meanwhile I got tired of dreammultimedia's support and bought a clone that did work :P
