DM500S problem

Greetings

Would appreciate if someone can give me some light.

This morning my DM did not want to start. It reaches the poınt where I see the Gemini logo and stops there for ever.

I removed the power then thats it. only the green light goes on for a few minutes then it goes off.

Whenever I replug it its the same.

So I decided to flash it with dreamup serial but there is no connection.

Anyway to revive my box?
