That is exactly what I have done, with the only difference being the LAN server IP where I have put the PC's IP. When I then go to the canyouseeme website it states that the port is closed I either get Connection Refused or Connection Timed Out. I am therefore not sure if my ISP (Tisc$li) is blocking it or there is an issue with the Firewall setting.

I wouldn't rely too much on the messages you see from canyouseeme site. I have just been on there and tested some of my sharing ports (i use gbox) and get the same results as you for all ports. Now i know these results are not true because i have peers connected to these tested ports and i see them online and they see me online. I don't really know what the reason for this is but one thing we both have in common is that we both have the same router so maybe it has something to do with its firewall. However as i see it, that shouldn't affect sharing because i have no problems

I think the best thing to do is to test it with some peers, remembering to add the i.p address of your box rather than that of your PC

One other thing to do if you haven't done so already is stick in the latest firmware for your router

fcukbcfc spent alot of time yesterday evening and took me through the process of setting it up all. It is all working now.
