dm7020 with a 2,5 inch hard drive

Does anyone has experience with 2,5 inch hard drives on a dm7020 (pli jade)with a 3,5" to 2,5" IDE-adaptor? I bought the 7020 with a 20gb 3,5" ide hard drive, but its too noisy and lot of power-consumption.

Is there also a recent list of usb-stick that the dm7020 supports. I couldn't find it, only thing i found is a old list.

2,5 inch hard drive with a 3,5" to 2,5" IDE-adaptor will work on DM7020 like any other 3,5" HDD. For USB sticks almost any of "brand names" will work with 7020.

Is it also possible to record on a large usb stick for example 8 or 16gb? Or is there a limit to the size of the usb-stick?

Does anybody have experience for this?
