Help with DM7020si - 11-February-2010, 01:22

Hi,
I have a DreamBox 7020si. I use Automatic Transponder Scan (in Gemini 4.60) in order to scan the new frequencies of THEME-X in HotBird 13. Everything went fine but when I zap to these 8 channels of Theme-X, even if V is going to green (decoded) in CCcam 2.1.3, the picture is not good! I have a terrible picture just at the 1/3 of the screen with many pixels like when the weather is too bad and the signal is too low! My signal is more than 92%!!! What is going on???

I've checked everything! My cable, my wall plug... I don't have the same problem with all other channels in 13.

Moreover, I have an LNB with 4 ports and I have another 2 DM 500 in my home and Theme-X is playing just fine to them! The problem is only in my DM 7020si and starts just now!
Can anyone help?

im getting same issues aswell with Theme X aswell and getting some BER aswell 300-500 i do not think this is a problem you have or i have i think its a problem with Theme X provider themselves as no other channls only ThemeX are a problem for me in 13e only Theme X ,

i would leave it a few days 'till they sort it im sure other members are having same problems ????

That's true! Only theme-x channels have this strange problem! I'll wait for some days... maybe it starts to play well.

hi guys,

I have the same problem and I have contacted them and they said that they need to send me a new card in order the problem to be solved. They said that the card need to be replaced and cannot be activated again for some security reasons... don't really understood what they meant really but for the moment I'm waiting for their response.

i had the same problem, today my picture went back to normal seem like every thing is normal
