Missing gbox files - 30-June-2007, 23:05

Hi guys ,I have installed gbox 2.25c in Nabilo 0.7 on dreambox 7020 but I am missing files in gbox centre .
The missing files include :
/tmp/share.info
/tmp/csonline.txt
/var/keys/cs2gbox.cfg
/var/keys/nds
Also i ftp the nagra roms but they are not present in dreambox.
Thanks for any help in advance - elmingo

The files in the /tmp map are temporary and are created by gbox when it's running. You don't need to install those files. The tmp map is emptied at boot to keep you're system clean. My guess is that gbox is not running cause you miss those files. try to start gbox manual via a telnet session, that way you get more info.

Fedora 14 server, CCcam 2.1.4
Dreambox 800, PLi, CCcam 2.1.4

Open DCC and when connected to your box, cvlick on telnet button, when prompt comes on just type gbox, then hit enter. Gbox will start if you have a good cfg

hi ...

what i read out of ur post´s is.that ur gbox isnt even starting--thats why u have dont have those files u need in ur temp folder-->

they would be in the temp folder when all runs well..

here u will find all u need...thanks 2 "Eggs_n_Beans"

http://www.dutchcardsharing.nl/showp...93&postcount=1

hope this helps u out--->

tipp to remember--> the temp-folder --> u can only use to ftp install files over blue panel--> after a restart or reboot-->those files are gone

tipp --you cant manually put put files in the temp that belong to ur gbox--like share.online ect. ...these files are created when ur gbox is running correctly-->

cold007

ps..just typ in gbox in ur telnet window 2 start ur gbox.:)-->
