Hi again guys, I am using a 7020 Dreambox with PLI Jade, no CCcam as I the box is not online.
My dish is 80 cm and has a dual LNB on, Using a Navigator DISEqC H-H NDX180.
Scanned and loaded Thor no problem.
Only finding 37 channels on Hotbird 13 deg
Won't lock on Astra 28.2 or Astra 19.2.
I have set the rotor to go to xxx
Longtitude and latitude are correct and entered.
Apart from getting the satellite fitter back is there something I have missed??

before getting satellite fitter back try not using USALS (go to xxx) and just locating and saving the sat positions yourself.

in positioner setup, start from thor and progressively work your way eastwards, doing a search for each satellite in turn: check wth lyngsat.com that each sat you are searching is configured for transponders you can receive and use fine steps to maximise the signal. remember which position numbers you have saved for each satellite and ue this instead of usals in tuner configuration. If your dish is just slightly misaligned you should be able to lock in to most satellites using this no problem and save the cost of a call out... although the further you go from 0 the weaker your signal strength is likely to be.

also check for obstructions (trees - buildings) ... unfortuntely to solve this one you will need to call the satellite installer back... or hire a bulldozer
