problem with biss channels on DM500S

hi,
i have DM500s with SIFTEAM 1.9.3 with CCcam 2.0.11, i dont know why i can not get any biss channels to open. even i dounladed the latest satan keys.
any help how to activate biss codes.

You need a little more precise your question,what BISS channels not open, where are you download Satan keys,from server or from here, .. surely someone will answer with the write answer.

i downloaded the satan keys from this website and put it from dreambox control centre, from ftp, i open it var and edit it keys and scce to the folder, it starts to open digi at 1W, but its not opening any biss channels like MBC-intr. at 26E and Fox channels at 8W and earth channel at 15W ..etc...
can you, please advice me how can i activate it.
i am using SIFTEAM 1.9.3 with CCcam 2.0.11, which i can not upgrade it, it gives me message as follow-when i go to the plugins and select CCcam info. it gives me (sorry, connection to CCcam refused. check that CCcam is running and your plugin settings.)
any help from you all any one know any thing about this, i will be gratefull for you.
