problems booting 800HD

Hello
I have a strange problem with my dreambox.I bought it on thursday
and installed the black hole image.Everything worked still i rebooted it.
It would not start up in the display said dreambox multimedia.The only way to get it booting again was to take the power of for ten minutes and it booted again.Is this a common problem with the 800hd ? and is there
a soloution for this problem.

I have the same problem sometimes.
I don't like to wait 10 minutes so this always works for me:

option 1
Put the power in and when it doesn't boot and hangs on the Dream Multimedia logo pull out the power and right back in.

option 2
Pull the power off and hold the standby button on the dreambox for 20 seconds. Put the power back in and it will boot.

This sounds familiar.

The threads below deal with the sort of problem you two describe. The solution seems to be to go back to an older firmware version and then ask the person who sold you the box what you should do.

The dreambox is not a clone i bought it at a know shop in roermond.
I have nabilo in the flash.It will boot but i have to leave the power of for something like 10 minutes otherwise i just get dreambox logo or black display.
