Trusted Peers - 21-August-2008, 21:43

Couse have section "BAD Peers", i make social group for good peers:
http://www.eurocardsharing.com/groups/

If you know someone that can be recognised as a good peer, send me pm with his nicname. He will be invitated to join "trusted peers" social group!

If some of you find peer that have no plase in "trusted Peers" social group, but he is already there, send me a reason to remove him.

Please, help to specify what is meen "good peer" ! Will be helpful, if in this trade we can give specification for the "perfect peer".

For me, good peer is a guy that have working local and stable server. Also he must follow the rules of this comunity and some principles of cardsharing.

Waiting for you opinian and proposal.

I'll be glad if admin, supermods and moderators supprt me in this initiative.

Cheers,
...lets watch TV...

having a local has in my eyes nothing todo with a good peer.
I have no local and I get also compliments from my peers.
The majority of my peers don't have a local but have good virtuals and are 24/7 online and when there is a "problem" communication is possible and we will fix the issue together
I support your initiative, but as you can read I do have some issues with the definition of a good peer.

Ping times are also something you just can't include, because ping also depends on how far you are away from eachother and for some that will be good and for some bad.

I think this needs some more discussion how you want to define a good peer.
-communication
-available
-problem solving
-etc

Thanks Morte,

I am glad to see activity on my post and you rae right about locals!

My idea was to provoke discussion and all together to give specification for "good peer" !

I have peers with bad ping, but vary loyal. So i no take from them cards, but they are "trusted" for me. May be under working local i meen no FAKE or expired.

looks for me on this post that you are looking for some good peers

1- good peer have to be always online
2- have a very good internet dw/up speed
3- use good cfg and have almost all cards on hops 1
4- can solve if there is a problem with other peer on frindly way

the only way to get the good peers is to filter your cs and to be also a good peer

you can post on locals section what card you have and there you can comment about what peers you looking for

most important on cs is to have a good cfg

The number of cards, the level of re share, uptime, ping times and filters all go to make a good peer. However trust and communication is what makes a good peer a great peer.
