In 90% ask is bad becouse this option gived you number ecm who is send to user.
If this number is higer this perr is to invastigation becouse this user have
- oscam with chashed option ecm;
- payserver or big number user without card;
- or stealed your card in oscam;
- big used ecm is when you see ecm in red colors, extremaly when user eat ecm like 10 000 or more.

Please write more info i think will be beter help you.

Please write whot card you have whot you see in cccamphpinfo in section AVU and Used. whot number ecm he eat?
