Depends on the size of your wallet:) and your needs.. Twin tuner, HD, HDD etc, etc. But to my opinion the DM 8000 PVR is the cream of the crop!

i would certainly agree with ivanovh Dm8000HD is still the Top Sat reciever but does cost around 950 so deffo not very cheap but indeed worth the money .
Next best would be Dm500HD as suggested at 320 Euros which is a very good reciever aswell and operates very well too .
but if you dont really care for HD quality then i would strongly advice Dm600s which should cost 179 or Euro equlivent { 230 euro } .
i would suggest considering those options and steer well clear of dodgy clones as you'll never ever get your moneys worth from a clone .
hope that helps ?

It will be almost impossible to find a genuine dm500s now since production is finished with dm500s recievers since about 2 years ago now at least .
All that remains are clone dm500s recievers so really no point to reccomending you to buy cheap chinese garbage as thats what it is no point telling you lies ,at least you know the truth now and what to expect from any dm500s you will buy .

Also if you want value for money, take a look at the VU+ Duo receiver. Its a great piece of kit for the money!
