Because my ISP blocks all ports untill 4000 (i belive) can i open other
other ports to web/ftp access my dbox

it's also often possible to forward like this
external 4000 to 12000
In this example you do not need to change the port of cccam itself
The c line would be in this case
C blabla.dydns.org 4000

I gave a cccam example, but that goes for any service.

p.s. webacces/ftp access on your dreambox should not be needed. A big security risk
