Telenet Belgium:cardsharing possible or not?

Hello everybody,i'm at telenet belgium;they give me a modem-cable arris touchstone tm 602 and i join it a modem-router wifi dlink 615.
I do cardsharing and have no problems with "server"(i take from my peers).
But i have zero "client".
Incomings are blocked to wan ip.
I want to know if i do some mistakes or it's not possible to do cardsharing with telenet.

I am also a Telenet customer, can you explain me a little bit how you set up your configuration in order to make cardsharing.
