Look [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register]. Find your router and follow the instructions.
Thats your problem though...if you haven't done it yet. Basically the router doesn't know where to send your peers (your receiver in this case) so doesn't handle them and you appear offline.

Use [Only Registered Users Can See LinksClick Here To Register] one. Its for Napster lol, basically its the same principle but instead of sharing mp3's you share cards. Just change the port 6699 they refer to to 12000 (by default, check your cccam.cfg) and your good to go.
