F: mine Eagle 1 0 0 { 0:0:3 }
and in your second box only C line F line is not needed:
C: Internal_IP_address PORT mine Eagle no { 0:0:3 }

i am a little confused ref port setting,
how can i change the listen port in box?
i have read alot about changing ports today.
am i correct in saying that the listening port is set as std to 12000, and for security to change this?
i have a f line like this f: user pass 3 0 0 { 0:0:3 } in & a friend with c line like this in his c: mydns.org 12000 user pass no
i no how to open ports in router but i can not figure out how i change the listening port.
if i changed the router to say 12500 and changed the c line to relevent 12500will it still share or do i need to change the listen port then as well to 12500?
if so could you please tell me how to change the listening port?
please help been on this for hours and hours.
happy new year.

Its easy to change the listening port. In CCcam.cfg file change like this:
Quote:
########################################
# Other config settings #
########################################
# server shall listen on this port pro incoming connections
# default port is 12000, disable server with parm -s or set port 0
#
SERVER LISTEN PORT : 12500
Yes your frend will must change port in line that recive from you in:
C: yourdyndns 12500 user pass no { 0:0:3 }
Dont forget to open that port in router. Port is TCP not UDP.
