Irdeto card problem

I have a local Nov* card overclocked in my dm500 with nabilo image. I ve noticed today and i dont think thats Normal that my peers can not share from my card when i have my dreambox 500 on standby. when i turn on my box there is no problem but when i turn it off they can not share my card. Here is my gbox.cfg (gbox 2.03):

i think it's normalsince Gb@x turns down when you go standing by

No this is not normal!!
Gbox is still working on standby modus thats why my peers can still watch through my virtual cards.Only my local not work!!!
