Best way to reduce number of cards?

Hi to all.
I have 40 peers connected and checking my situation with ccsharecontrol i have the following result:
- hop1 = 56
- hop2 = around 2600 !!
every c-line is filtered with something like: no { 0:0:2, 100:3, 100:4, 100:5, 100:9 .....
so i assume no fake cards/unused providers.
Is it normal to have such high number of cards in hop2?
What is the best way to reduce this number without losing any real provider ?
I have a motorized system,so i need all i can receive with my dish (53°E - 30W°).

... so many views and not a single hint ...?
Immediate way to reduce number of cards is set my cccam to receive only locals from some servers ,but this is not the best way,i think.
When using gbox i had I=2 and X=5 and all was OK but seems that cccam does not offers this feature.
Am i right?
