C-Line Dyndns connect problem

Hi friends, i have a problem: One of my peer only can connect with external ip in C-line, look like C: 84.XXX.X.XX user pass ! He cannot connect with hostname (dyndns name)! All other peers can connect with hostname without problems, so i don´t understand where is the problem?

I risolved the problem: In network settings he put the ip of his router under DNS Name! NOW IT WORKS!!!!
