If this line tells me the local cards of a particular peer, why does the amount of those lines change when I check it some minutes later?
This should not happen, collect some screenshots. You might have a cheater.
First collect data, after your collection of proof is enough you contact that server if he has any valid reason for that.
If there is none you can go to the bad peer section and show your proof (no full dns-es)

I have compared the screens for one hour now and the result ist that everyone of my 9 servers with locals has now 2-6 more locals in his list. I'm pretty sure they're not all cheaters, isn't there any other explanation for this?
I have taken screenshots and one server has also changed his NodeID.

Maybe it something to do with updating my cccam.cfg file. When I edit the file and send it back to the box, the list of locals is all empty again.

Cccam when it starts it does need time to collect all data from all servers.
If you update info soon after an edit than it shows just partial info

Yes there also a few remotes listed. What is the meaning of those lines?
Giving cccam time to collect the data sounds reasonable, i will compare from now on only after giving it enough time (10 minutes must have been too short then)

remote means that you got that ECM from a remote card of that server

Ok, so the remote entries can get more from time to time as ECM requests are sent to new peers.

And is it normal that the webinfo site takes often a lot of time to load?
Sometimes it seems that it's stuck or overloaded. Although I don't have more than 10 peers in my cccam.cfg (10 C lines and 10 F lines)
