CCcam and Irdeto 2

I have a problem with sharing for irdeto 2 channel, i hope Eurocardsharing forum experts help me to solve it.

i am watching dstv sa and I have server in Europe, the CCcan info returns green I, hops 3 and ecm:1.222 but the channel is still encrypted.
